Long-term facts about you and your people, plus a working memory for this week. Every single thing it believes is written in plain language, with where it came from — and you can correct it, pin it or delete it. Nothing is inferred behind your back.
Facts you stop referencing fade on their own, so the memory does not turn into another backlog you have to prune.
What it covers
Every one of these exists because you mentioned something in conversation. None of them require you to open a form.
Most assistants live in a browser tab you have to remember to open. This one lives where you already are — with a limit we would rather tell you about up front than have you discover later.
Paste your WhatsApp agent token and capture things by message. Meta’s rule is that only you can talk to that agent — so it is for your own capture and briefings, never for blasting clients. No second phone number, no QR code to rescan every week.
It cannot message your team or your clients for you. Brella will write the message and hand it to you, but you press send. Anything that scans a personal WhatsApp account is unofficial and risks a ban, so it stays a separate, clearly warned add-on — never switched on quietly.

No, and it costs nothing extra either way. The web app is complete on its own. WhatsApp is there for people who already live in it and want capture and briefings without opening anything else — you create an agent on your phone and paste its key, same as the AI one.
No. There is nothing to keep up to date by hand. You talk, it files. The pipeline is deliberately light — a few columns and a last-touched date, not a sales operating system.
A chat window waits for you to open it. Brella starts the conversation, watches things you never asked it to watch, and keeps structured records you can browse — tasks, people, a calendar — instead of a transcript you have to search.
It tells you what it filed, every time, in the same message. Say “nvm” and it undoes the last thing. Everything is editable, and the memory page shows you exactly what it believes and why.
Your notes and memory are stored so the assistant can remember them. You can export as JSON, wipe the memory, or delete the account from Settings at any time.
